For our vehicle vent diffusers ($10–$12), the single-billet CNC-milled aluminum chassis carries an unconditional 2-year guarantee against warping, thread galling, or anodization fading caused by intense Florida solar exposure. If a silicone-sheathed stainless clip loosens or fails to grip an automotive louver, a replacement clip set is dispatched immediately free of charge.
Active Ozone Generator Electronic & Plate Warranty
Commercial ozone generators ($59–$95) feature heavy powder-coated steel chassis, analog mechanical timers, and high-frequency corona discharge transformers:
- Chassis & Electronics (1 Year): We warrant the transformer, cooling fan, wiring harness, and mechanical countdown timer against electrical defects for 12 calendar months.
- Corona Discharge Ceramic Plates (6 Months): Ceramic discharge plates operate under intense electrical stress and carry a 6-month operational warranty against premature dielectric breakdown. Normal dust and oil accumulation requires periodic isopropyl alcohol cleaning; failure caused by liquid immersion or operation in condensing humidity (>85% RH) is excluded.
- Replacement Plate Availability: Aromatek stocks standardized replacement ceramic plates at our Tampa depot for immediate dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.

Warranty Exclusions & Voidance Conditions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from transit impact once delivered, dropped glass bottles, or crushed ceramic vessels caused by improper job site handling.
- Improper candle burning practices, including failure to trim braided cotton wicks to 5mm before lighting, burning in heavy drafts, or continuous burns exceeding 4 consecutive hours.
- Operation of ozone generators in occupied rooms, or failure to allow a 45-minute post-treatment settling period for O3 conversion back to O2.
- Dilution or alteration of bio-enzymatic spray formulas with tap water, solvents, or foreign fragrance oils.
- Normal cosmetic wear, natural wax discoloration under direct UV sunlight, or expected rate of rattan reed capillary depletion.
